A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2010, the defrauded had no intent or ability to repay money within the agreed period, even if the Defendant received money from the victims in return for the borrowed money from the victims, since the fact that the Defendant was the victim BM, a middle school alumni, from several creditors, with the Defendant’s personal obligation to several creditors at KRW KRW 00,000,000, and the Defendant had no intention or ability to repay money within the agreed period.

7. The sum of KRW 15 million was received from the bank account in the Defendant’s name and received KRW 30 million in total.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 243,82,752 on 23 occasions, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, from April 11, 2013.

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. (2) At the same date, time, and place as above, the Defendant “BR” in the vehicle column with an authorized color attached to the power of attorney, and “BSS in the name column of “BS 520d” in the name of the next person,” “BM in the name column of name,” “BO” and “BO” in the resident registration number column, and in the State column.
