Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on November 18, 2016 by the Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 18, 2016, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On January 16, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from D at the Defendant’s home located in the window C of Changwon-si, and sold D a philopon to D. approximately 0.5g philopon.

B. In February 2017, the Defendant: (a) granted 300,000 won for a 50-year male male who became aware of via E in the Dong-ri, Seogu, Daegu; and (b) purchased a phiphone from the above male with approximately 1g philopon.

2. Provision of Handphones;

A. The Defendant, around the early December 2016, delivered approximately 0.1g of philopon to D inside the telecom room where the trade name in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, was unknown, and provided philopon.

B. Around January 2017, the Defendant delivered approximately 0.15g of philophones to D around Busan Northern-gu, which provided 0.15g of philophones.

In January 2017, the Defendant issued approximately 0.05g of philophones to G (H) at the Moelel where it is difficult to know the trade name located in the Dong-dong in Busan, Busan, Dong-dong, and provided philophones.

On February 6, 2017, the Defendant issued approximately 0.1g of philopon to D from 1430 of the Busan Jin-gu Busan, Busan, and provided a philopon.

E. The Defendant, in March 2017, sells the counter of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Kim Jong-nam in the middle of March 2017.
