Punishment of the crime

around 01:00 on February 2, 2016, the Defendant provided philophones without compensation by delivering approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in the part of the N in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Incheon, to O for one-time injection.

2) On February 4, 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant provided R free of charge a philopon 0.1g of philopon in front of Q elementary school located in Gangnam-gu P, Seoul, and provided R with a philopon.

Around 13:00 on February 24, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine from the second floor toilet of the building of T pharmacy in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and dilution them with water, and administering philophones in a way of injection into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.
