The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and six months of imprisonment.

Three divers (Evidence No. 3) shall be seized.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Busan District Court for one year and six months, and on September 23, 2016, the Defendant was not a person who completed the enforcement of the sentence and is not a narcotics handler.

1. Provision of Metropists;

A. On January 9, 2017, at around 22:00 to 23:00, the Defendant provided a penphone (one-time penphone; hereinafter referred to as “phiphone”) by delivering the Metepop (one-time penphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine delivery from D to D at the Mabuster’s Mophone, located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as “C”).

B. On January 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided philophones by delivering philophones (one-time medication) to D from a Motone room located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan; (b) around 23:00, the Defendant provided philophones.

On January 21, 2017, around 20:00 to 21:00, the Defendant issued D with a philopon volume (one-time projected volume) from the Maurine care room located in Busan-gu Busan-gu G, and provided D with a philopon.

(d)

On February 6, 2017, around 03:00, the Defendant provided philophones by delivering philophones (one-time projected part) to D from 1430 of the 1430 Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and providing philophones.

E. On February 6, 2017, around 21:00, the Defendant offered philophones by delivering philophones (one flograms) to D from 1430 to 1430, Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and providing D with philophones.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 1-A, injected philophones into a single-use injection machine (one-time medication) and injected them in the form of dilution with water.

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1-b. D, injected philophones into a single-use injection machine, and injected them in the form of dilution with water.
