1. The defendant shall pay 26,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from December 15, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the plaintiff provided labor, such as fund management, under employment by the defendant from April 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015, and did not receive wages of 26 million won.
The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff wages of 26 million won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as provided by the Labor Standards Act from December 15, 2015 to the date of full payment, 14 days after the retirement of the plaintiff.
As the plaintiff's claim is legitimate, it is decided as per Disposition.
