1. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to each of the plaintiffs for 9,060,000 won and 5,285,000,000 won among them.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation shall undertake an urban development project of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Housing and the Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation: (a) the aggregate of the land of 10,11,12 blocks within the 10,425,000 square meters of the commercial site in the Eunpyeong New Town Urban Development Zone-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant land”).
