1. The defendants attached to the plaintiff

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is a clan consisting of descendants of CA vessel students for the purpose of promoting friendship between the CA vessel's staff members and the members of the CA vessel with the BZ CA vessel as a joint group.
B. The plaintiff clans are annexed to the name of the clan CB around September 1912.
1. Each of the lands listed in the list (as at the time, the Gannam Kim-gunCC Co., Ltd. was 359 square meters and CD ditches, but was substituted on February 19, 197; hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) was under circumstances (as at the time, the land was referred to as “paragraph (1)” if part of the land was referred to.
On June 21, 1919, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of CE, CF, CG, CH, CI, CJ, and CK 7 co-ownership.
C. Of the above seven co-owners, CJ’s capital increase, CJ’s capital increase on November 27, 200 with respect to 1/7 shares out of the land of this case, the Changwon District Court Decision No. 78928, May 13, 1929, which was received by the Changwon Kim Sea Office, and the Family Court Decision No. 51914, Jun. 14, 2006 with respect to 1/7 shares out of the land of this case, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 18, 195 with respect to 1/7 shares on the ground of inheritance on May 30, 200 (Seoul District Court Decision No. 2007Mo263738, May 208), which was filed by the Plaintiff against CL, which became final and conclusive on May 20, 2003).
The Defendants died of the remaining six co-owners of the above 7 co-owners.
3. The title trustee succeeded to each of the instant land, such as the inheritance process entered in the list.
