1. As to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff:
A. The defendant A indicated in the attached Form 1, 2, 6, 5, 4, 1 among the area of 1,245.4 square meters in Kimhae-si D, Kimhae-si.
Reasons
A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.
1. Basic facts
A. The ownership transfer registration of the instant real estate was completed on September 2, 2015 with the Changwon District Court Decision 11253, 3777, and 10/377) originally owned by the Plaintiffs and E (hereinafter “the instant real estate”). The F purchased shares of the instant real estate from the co-ownership right holders other than E and Plaintiff G on May 31, 2015 due to the purchase of 357/377 shares of the instant real estate from the said co-ownership right holders, the Changwon District Court Kim Jong-si Office of 1253, 357/377 shares, and on September 2, 2015, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on September 2, 2015 by the Changwon District Court 250/377 shares of the said real estate, which was received on September 25, 2015, as 35/17510 shares of the said real estate on September 25, 2015.
B. 1) The possession relationship of the instant real estate 1) Defendant A is the part of item (a) (hereinafter “instant real estate 1”) of the instant real estate connecting each point of the items indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 1, 2, 6, 5, 4, and 1 among the instant real estate.
(2) The Defendant B, while occupying and using a 310 square meters and installing a tent building with approximately 200 square meters on the relevant ground, runs the business of selling wood and joint plates with the trade name “H”. The Defendant B, in turn, connects each point of the instant real estate indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 4, 5, 9, 8, and 4 (hereinafter “instant real estate”). The Defendant B, while occupying and using a part of the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant real estate”) 182.7 square meters, installed a container-type building with approximately 120 square meters on the relevant land, and installed a tent project with the trade name “I”.
