A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2014, around 03:00 on August 22, 2014, the Defendant stolen: (a) around 03:00 on the roads adjacent to the Ganyang-si C apartment 7 Dong; and (b) up to this point, the Defendant stolen KRW 3.40,000 in cash on the wall owned by the victim who was placed in front of the driver’s seat by inserting the hand in the gap of the chief window in which the victim D parked.

2. An attempted larceny on August 30, 2014;

A. On August 30, 2014, at around 03:45, the Defendant, among vehicles parked near the roads of G Child Care Center located in Gamyang-si F, with the intent of theft of goods contained in a vehicle where the vehicle text is not corrected, and the Defendant attempted to wear the knife of the victim H I H’s knife car, but failed to bring the knife due to the correction of the vehicle text.

B. The Defendant above A.

Of the vehicles parked in the vicinity at the same time and place as the same as the paragraph, the victim J tried to steal the goods contained in the vehicle without correcting the vehicle's door, and attempted to open the vehicle's door by the victim J, but failed to bring the vehicle's door to correct it, so the vehicle's door was corrected.

C. The Defendant above A.

Of the vehicles parked in the vicinity at the same time and place as in the same manner as in paragraph (1), the vehicle’s door was used to steal the goods contained in the vehicle without correcting the vehicle’s door, and the victim L’s L’s Maone Star car car’s door was attempted to be opened, but the vehicle’s door was corrected, and the vehicle’s door was not corrected.
