1. Around 03:49 on May 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered a victim D, who was parked around Chigh School in Busan High School B, with the intent to steal the property owned by the victim; and (b) left the vehicle’s driver’s seat in the said vehicle. However, the Defendant did not perform an attempted attempt because of the vehicle’s door.

2. Around 03:51 on May 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) entered a Gene that was parked by the Victim F at the place under Paragraph (1); (b) tried to steal the property owned by the Victim; and (c) left the top door of the said car; and (d) did not perform an attempted attempt because the vehicle door was not opened.

On May 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:46, May 7, 2020, the Defendant: (b) opened a door of an Irocketing car parked by the victim H on the front road; (c) opened the door of the said vehicle on the front road; and (d) opened the door of the said vehicle, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime because the door was corrected.

1. On May 7, 2020, the Defendant attempted to larceny: (a) around 03:45, 2020, in coloring vehicles parked at the port located in the city of Busan, and intended to steal money and valuables inside the vehicle; (b) discovered a L-to-purn vehicle owned by the victim K parked by the victim, and considered the driver’s seat knife in order to steal money and valuables inside the vehicle; (c) but (d) did not perform an attempted attempt without correcting the vehicle’s door.

2. At around 03:53 on May 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) colored vehicles in front of the N convenience store located in Busan Sho-gu M; (b) attempted to steal money and valuables inside the vehicle; (c) discovered the victim’s Pro vehicle parked by the victim’sO; and (d) opened an unrectial door to the victim’s Pro vehicle parked by the victim’sO.
