A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant confirmed the vehicle in which the door was not corrected and sent a house in the vicinity of the “Calk Park” located in the official hill of Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

1.
