A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of 1,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on April 24, 2010 by imprisonment with prison labor for causing bodily injury resulting from a special obstruction of performance of official duties in the Suwon District Court’s Eunpyeong site, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 24, 2010

On August 15, 2013, from around 14:42 to 15:06, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 1,500 participants in other assemblies in front of the building of Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, leaving the lanes on the front of the building of the YMCA; and (b) laid down the YMCA, the Defendant was unable to pass the vehicle by demonstration for about 24 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with traffic by causing the passage through land.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration in 2014 High Court Decision 2941 shall submit a report on it to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.
