Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of 700,000 won, and by a fine of 4,00,000 won, respectively.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the chairperson of C Association Guidance, and Defendant B is the chairperson of C Association Science.
1. A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall file a report stating the purpose, date, time, place, organizer, etc. of the outdoor assembly or demonstration with the head of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration;
Nevertheless, at around 03:21 May 15, 2020, the Defendant died of the disabled in time of the influence of naval investigation. However, at around 03:21, the Defendant was in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, with 100 members of C Association in front of E (E) on the road.
The Seoul Cheong-gu Office, which will kill the visually disabled, held a meeting to open the relief, such as the "sab", etc.

Nevertheless, at around 03:05 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant used police officers posted at the meeting to occupy the road in front of delivery with other participants in the meeting, who participated in the meeting held as described in paragraph 1 at India prior to the E doorbook, and assaulted the face of the above F in order to go to the border F of the E-gu where he was in charge of the meeting at that place.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the assembly and management of police officers, and committed an act that disturbs order by means of violence, etc. even though he was a participant in an assembly.
