1. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed.
2. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff’s Intervenor.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the claim of the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor
(a) Indication of claims: Attached cause of claims, modified cause of claims, and reasons for participation; and
(However, “creditor” shall be deemed to be “Plaintiff,” “debtor,” “Defendant,” respectively. (b)
Defendant A: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
(c) Defendant B and Defendant C: Judgment by deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act)
2. The plaintiff's claim is without merit, since the plaintiff transferred the above claim to the plaintiff's successor intervenor during the lawsuit of this case to the plaintiff's successor.
(Plaintiff submitted a written withdrawal from a lawsuit on January 14, 2016, but the withdrawal has no effect without the consent of the Defendants).
