Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On October 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for an illegal use of motor vehicle in the Gwangju District Court’s net support on October 19, 2017, and is currently under probation period that became final and conclusive on October 27, 2017.

1. On September 3, 2018, the Defendant stolen the thief at the “C Game Center” located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul on September 3, 2018. On September 18, 2018, the Defendant stolen the thief, with one phiphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,340,000 in the market price owned by the victim D, which was put on amusement base by means of gaps between toilets at the time of diving, and with one phiphone in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,340,00 in the market price, and one 10,000 in cash, one e-mail card, apartment house access key, library ID card, and resident registration certificate.

[2018 Highest 5239] The Defendant: (a) around 20:55 October 24, 2018, within the “O” entertainment room in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City N; (b) the Victim P, at the end of the amusement room and the game room, one MCM card box, two magnetics, one keys, and one night-time, equivalent to KRW 200,000 in the market price of the next person after the amusement room and the game room.
