Criminal facts

1. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant found the E-cargo truck parkeded without correcting the door on the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around May 29, 2018, and opened a door to the driver’s seat of another truck and then cut off one set of 270,000 won at the market price owned by the victim on the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

2. The Defendant committed during July 2018, while committing the crime, found a truck for cargo parked by the victim’s name on the road in front of the “G Mart” located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul around July 12:00, and removed one set of a wheel, where it is impossible to identify the market price on the part of the victim’s market price on the road in front of the “G Mart” located in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

3. On July 20, 2018, around 11:43, 2018, the Defendant discovered a J Freight Truck parked on the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, without correcting the door, and opened a cresh in which the victim I parked, open a door of the driver’s seat of another truck and then cut off one string of destruction equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price owned by the victim.

4. On July 29, 2018, the Defendant discovered a maga 2 cargo vehicle parked on the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K, without correcting the door on July 17:19, 2018, and opened and enters a crepit of other cargo in which the victim’s supervision was neglected, and then up a crepit of other cargo, one set up for filling “a number” equivalent to the total market value of KRW 1,020,000, in the back seat and vegetable column, one set up for filling “di month”, one for filling “ma”, and one for filling “a cut machine”.
