A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of ten months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor or 2 years of suspended execution for special larceny, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on January 16, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 24, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A by inserting a false letter of sale as if he were to trade used goods on the Internet, and receiving the price of goods from the buyers who reported and contacted with it, and acquired them by fraud.

On December 2, 2014, the Defendant posted an article stating that “I will sell the Guide Ambrotoon” on the Internet NAVER's Liber on the Internet NAC. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant false statement stating that “I will send 100,000 won to the victimO who reported and contacted the above article to the account in the name of the internal bank.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the above victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods.

Accordingly, the Defendant deceivings the above victim as above and received 100,000 won from the above victim’s bank account (P) in the name of the Defendant.

The Defendant received a total of KRW 4,964,00 from the victims over 35 times in the same manner as the attached Table 1, from the victims, from April 6, 2015, in addition to this, until April 6, 2015.

2. Defendant B’s crime

A. The sole criminal defendant, as if he were to trade used goods on the Internet, has written a false letter of sale and reported it to the purchaser who received the price of goods from the buyers who contacted, and acquired it by fraud.

On December 18, 2014, the Defendant posted a letter stating that “I will sell Libers Furris,” on the Internet NAVV Liber,” and false statement stating that “I will send 140,000 won to Q Q Q Q who reported and contacted the above notice to an account in the name of the internal bank.”

However, the defendant is true from the above victim.
