1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

On January 7, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter “I sell a game machine” on the Internet NAVER website around January 7, 2015.

However, there was no intention or ability to sell the goods.

It was true that 300,000 won was deposited from the victim B to the new bank account (C) in the name of the defendant, and acquired it by deceit.

"2015 High 1121" Defendant did not have any intention or ability to sell a game machine with money.

1. On December 3, 2014, the Defendant posted a false letter stating that “flasd 4” was sold through a computer in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu D, 8, 301, by means of an Internet Nenebber Cina (htp:///caf.naver.com/Joint Longgora).

On the same day, the victim E who reported and contacted the above notice will sell flass game machine to the victim E, and the victim who believed it to be true received 290,000 won from the victim's bank account in his/her name to the Agricultural Bank account (F).

2. Around December 9, 2014, at the places described in paragraph 1, a false notice was posted to sell “Pate 4” online Ntp://cafe.naver.com/Joint and Several Longgora, using computers, at the places described in paragraph 1.

On the same day, the victim G who reported and contacted the above notice will sell flass game machine to the victim G, and 270,000 won was remitted from the victim who believed this to be true to the NA bank account as stated in paragraph (1).

3. Around December 22, 2014, at the places described in paragraph 1, a false notice was posted to sell flascing 4 “Pate ” on Internet Ntp://cafe.naver.com/Joint and Several Sgonara, using computers at the places described in paragraph 1.

On the same day, the victim H who reported and contacted the above notice will sell flass game machine to the victim H, and 280,000 won was remitted from the victim to the NA bank account as stated in paragraph (1).
