A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of 0.096% at around 01:32 on November 26, 2018, and without a driver’s license, driven a E rocketing car from approximately 270 meters at a distance of about 270 meters from the front of Chuncheon B to D located in the same city C.

2. When the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place of Paragraph (1) and demanded the presentation of a driver’s license by G, a police officer belonging to the F District Unit of the Chuncheon Police Station, the Defendant used the Defendant’s resident registration number (I) of H, which was out of the Republic of Korea, in order to conceal the fact that the Defendant did not have a driver’s license, and used another person’s resident registration number unlawfully.

3. The Defendant forged a private document, or uttering of a private document, indicated in the “report on the Statement of the Principal Drivers' Status” at the date and time, place, and indicated in the “report on the Statement of the State Drivers' Status” in the driver’s statement column, and indicated in the name column “H” in the name column, affixed with the seal affixed thereon, and presented it to G as the police officer.

For the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged and exercised the “report on the Statement of Principal Drivers’ Status” in the H, a private document pertaining to a certificate of fact.

4. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, and at the place, Paragraph 1 of this Article, confirmed the content of “Notification on the Control of Sound Driving Regulations” with respect to H entered in the police portable information terminal (PDA) from the police officer G, and used the electronic signature in the name column, and presented it to the said G.

For the purpose of handling administrative affairs, the Defendant forged and exercised the “Notification of the Results of Sound Control” driver’s signature column, which is a prior recording of a certificate of fact.
