A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

At around 11:00 on November 8, 2014, the Defendant driven C truck without obtaining a driver's license in a section of about 500 meters from the front side of the Western University located in 681-1 on the same day to the front side of the Yangju Recycling Burial in the same Ri on the same day.
