1. The defendant Yangju-si shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 3,151,561,728 as well as its annual interest from July 29, 201 to November 28, 2013.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is running a wholesale business, such as a wholesale business for paintings, etc. with the trade name “C” in Yangju-si.
