According to the reasoning of the lower judgment, the lower court determined that it was reasonable to deem that the Plaintiff changed or added a construction work with the Defendant’s consent or approval, after comprehensively taking account of the adopted evidence.

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and there is no error exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or in proceeding against due process of law.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
