After compiling the adopted evidence, the lower court acknowledged the facts as indicated in its reasoning, and determined that the instant disposition rejecting the Plaintiff’s application for additional medical care and additional medical care on the ground that it is difficult to recognize a proximate causal relationship between the disaster and the injury in the case of Gyeongpathal disease, and that it was lawful.
