In light of the records, the court below was justified to have determined that the disciplinary action in this case was an abuse of discretionary power after compiling the evidence adopted by the court below.

There is no error of misapprehending the legal principles on abuse of discretion or exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
