Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On September 18:20, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded to the center of the road at the right edge of the road in E-Road D located in Ulsan-gun.

In cases where it is apprehended that a person engaged in driving service of motor vehicles may impede normal traffic of all motor vehicles running in the direction of the change, he/she shall not change course, and he/she has a duty of care to prevent accidents by operating the direction light in advance and changing the course safely.

Nevertheless, in order to avoid a collision with a vehicle of the Defendant, the Defendant neglected to do so and caused the Victim G (78 years of age) who driven the vehicle of the mast F in front of the front by driving the vehicle of the Defendant, thereby driving the steering gear on the left side to make the part of the vehicle of the H owner that was parked on the opposite side of the road go ahead of the road, and caused the victim to go ahead of the road, thereby causing the victim to suffer from the left-hand 4 balance in need of six weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, damaged the above vehicle of the 10,07,188 won of the repair cost, such as exchange of the front driver, etc., and failed to immediately stop the said cargo and take necessary measures to rescue the victim of the traffic accident, and to immediately stop the vehicle and take necessary measures to rescue the victim of the traffic accident.
