The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On June 16, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on 21:50 on 16. 16. 2017, while driving the said car on the front side of the D cafeteria in Gwangju Northern-gu, the two lanes along the three-lanes of the D cafeteria road in Gwangju Northern-gu, into the E private street outflow, and changed the course into one-lane.

In such cases, the defendant, who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, is likely to impede normal traffic of all motor vehicles running towards the direction of the change, shall not change course, and has a duty of care to safely change the direction light in advance to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and changed the course into a single lane, and was driven by the Victim F (F.M. 49 years old) who was driving in the same direction as the victim's driver's first right-hand part prior to the Defendant's second left-hand part.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to salt, tensions, etc. in the areas requiring approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and other tensions of the above victim, and, at the same time, escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding and abetting the damaged party by stopping immediately while carrying out a traffic accident involving approximately 1,209,516 won in total, such as exchange of the fronter of the above damaged vehicle, etc.
