1. The Defendant, from around 05:30 on May 8, 2019 to around 09:10 on the same day, told his employees to drink alcohol in the restaurant operated by the victim C in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, without a clear reason, at least to the extent that “Chewing years, China shall be cut off.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant operation work for about 3:40 minutes and 40 minutes by force by avoiding disturbance, such as holding the water disease on the floor, cutting down the knick, displaying the salt with hand, etc.

On May 8, 2019, from around 12:00 to December 12:10 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim E’s restaurant operated in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City would drink alcoholic beverages, and without a clear reason, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s business of operating the restaurant for about 10 minutes by avoiding disturbance by force. (b) the Defendant told the victim of a disturbance, such as drinking alcohol to the next table, “Chewing, singing......................................., the Defendant dump the F’s mother and the F.......

On April 11, 2019, the Defendant, around 23:10 on April 23:10, 2019, entered the “I point of operation of the Victim H (V, 59 years old) located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and expressed a desire for the victims and customers who were in the main place of drinking without any particular reason.

The Defendant was requested several times to leave the Defendant to the effect that he would be unable to drink because he had a fright in the same place and was under the influence of alcohol.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not comply with the demand to leave the victim without justifiable reasons for about 35 minutes after the police officer was called to the scene, such as he/she was able to take a bath within the main place, and he/she continued to sit.

1. The Defendant’s interference with the duties of the Victim J is operated by the Victim J (Nam, 41 years old) on the first floor of the K building in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from March 24, 2019 to October 50 of the same day.
