Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On April 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months for damage to public goods for the purpose of obstruction of the performance of official duties at the Jeju District Court, and the execution of the above sentence was terminated on October 3, 2017. On January 18, 2019, the same court sentenced ten months to imprisonment for the purpose of obstruction of the performance of official duties, and completed the execution of the above sentence on September 27, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On March 12, 2020, from around 22:00 to 22:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) from the main point of “D” operated by the victim C (n, 67 years of age) in Jeju City; (b) even though the Defendant, who was under the influence of alcohol, demanded to make alcohol more; (c) the Defendant was forced to refuse from the employees E of the said main point of view; (d) the Defendant was sprinked to the said victim as “sprinking and drinking, sprinking, sprinking, sprinking, sprinking,” and obstructed the main business of the said victim for about 10 minutes by force.
2. On March 21, 2020, from around 13:40 to 14:00 of the same day, the Defendant found in the state of being drunk to “H tea” in the operation of the Victim G (hereinafter “V”) located in Jeju-si, and without any justifiable reason, she walked a trial cost, such as cutting off the customers in the said multi-face, cutting off the clothes, and cutting down the clothes, and prevented the Defendant from doing so, and interfered with the instant victim’s multi-facel business for about 20 minutes by force.
3. On March 29, 2020, from around 14:20 to 14:50 on the same day, the Defendant found in the state of being drunk in the operation of the Victim J (I, the age of 53) from around 14:20 to around 14:50 on the same day, and without any justifiable reason, left a guest in the above multi-face, fluencing cing, coming to a stop, and prevented the Defendant from running the multi-faceted business of the above victim for about 30 minutes by force.
4. On April 2, 2020, the Defendant operated the Victim M (M, 53 years of age) on L at Jeju around 20:45.
