A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

On September 7, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at Seongdong-gu District Court on December 27, 201.

1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On February 16, 2012, around 23:30 on February 16, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s packing horse operation by force for about 20 minutes, including: (a) the Defendant expressed a bath to the customers who sit on the side table without any justifiable reason while drinking mixed alcoholic beverages on the packaging pents of the victim’s operation in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. At around 23:40 on February 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) expressed, without any justifiable reason, that the Defendant was able to drink a mixed alcoholic beverage; (b) took a bath to the customers seated on the next table, and obstructed the victim’s packing horse operation by force for about 20 minutes, including, but not limited to, making the said customers flick a match.

C. On February 28, 2012, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the alcohol value, such as failure to pay the credit value of 100,000,000 won to the victim already occurred, but did not pay the said value, even though the Defendant received the sum of KRW 26,00,000 from the victim, such as so-called so-called “is-called” and “is-called “is-be-be-be-be-be.”

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On October 17, 2012, around 17:00 in early October 2012, the Defendant expressed that “G” restaurant operated by the victim of Gangdong-gu Seoul F, which had been drinking in the said restaurant, provided that the victim said that “I would have returned to the country because they had been drinking much,” and the Defendant expressed that “I would like to see that I would like to read “I would like to see, schip, I would drink, I would like to drink, I would like to drink,” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant operation by force for about 15 minutes, including the said customers going to go to know.

B. On October 2012, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol in the restaurant of “G” around 20:00, while under the influence of alcohol.
