The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a cruise car.

Ultimately, to the extent that the Defendant is required to scrap the said D Poter Cargo (the value equivalent to KRW 640-650,000) due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant destroyed the said F Poter Cargo Freight to have an amount equivalent to KRW 3,483,638 to repair the said F Poter, but failed to take measures necessary to prevent danger and smooth traffic on the road, and failed to immediately stop the said Poter Vehicle to have an amount equivalent to KRW 924,768 to repair the said Poter Cargo, and failed to take measures necessary to ensure the smooth flow of traffic on the road.
