A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the EXE car, and is a holder of the above car and did not obtain a driver's license.

On January 10, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car without mandatory insurance at a level of 0.176% of blood alcohol level 07:30%, and was negligent in failing to perform the duty of Jeonju City, while driving the said car along the two-lanes of the four-lane road at the Gunsan University located in the area of Gunsan University located in the area of Gunsan National University located in the area of Gunsan National University located in the area of Gunsan National University located in the area of Gunsan National University, the Defendant received the back portion of the DPoter Cargo driven by C (Nam, 42 years old) who was parked in front of the Defendant, and received the back portion of the DPoter Cargo which was driven by the victim E (Nam, 31 years old) who was parked in front of the said Poter cargo.

As a result, the Defendant driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol which makes it difficult for the Defendant to drive the motor vehicle normally, thereby causing injury to the victim C, such as brain salvine in detail, which requires treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim E, such as salt dynasium and tensions, which require treatment for about two weeks, respectively. The Defendant damaged the said cruise motor vehicle to have approximately KRW 2,519,746 of repair cost, respectively, to have approximately KRW 4,823,540 of repair cost.
