Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The relation between the parties (1) The Plaintiff was born in the smuggling in 1964, and was withdrawn from the Yangsan City under C religious organizations in 1982, and was taken into consideration by graduating from the National University, 1989. The Plaintiff created Eps under C Religious organizations in 1994, and operated Eps as widely known until now.
The defendant is a person who uses "G" from Internet F to the Internet.
(2) On November 22, 2013, H inserted on the Plaintiff’s Twitter the Plaintiff’s writing “Isgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrgrg
However, since the above case, a number of comments were published in F, an Internet community site, which insults and criticizes the plaintiff.
B. Around November 27, 2013, the Defendant written and posted the Defendant’s writing “K” as the title “K” on F’s J bulletin board, and posted the Plaintiff’s written writing and H’s written twitter and H’s written twitter, and the Defendant posted the Plaintiff’s twitter and H’s twitter on November 27, 2013.
(2) F의 J게시판에 누군가 “I스님 모욕한 어느 F인의 최후”라는 제목으로 H이 원고의 트위터에 “I스님 처녀막 있음 진짜로 궁금함”이라고 글을 게시하면서 원고와 H이 주고받은 트위터 대화를 캡쳐하여 게시하자 피고는 위 글에 2013. 11. 30. 22:54:00 “중놈이 지보지욕한다고 불끈하면 수양부족이지. 애초에 있지도 않은 보지며 보지막이며 명예가 어디있다고 저지랄인지 중년이 아니지 걍절밥먹는 썩을년이지.“라는 내용의 댓글을 작성하여 게시하였다.
(3) 누군가 2013. 12. 6. F의 F 게시판에 “비.구.니.고.소.미.시.즌 열렸다ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ ㅋ”라는 제목으로 원고가 F 회원들의 악플에 대하여 고소하겠다고 트위터에 쓴 글을 캡쳐하여...
