A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the crime of larceny, intrusion upon residence, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and on December 5, 2013, the same court was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for the crime of larceny, larceny, and intrusion upon residence. On November 10, 2016, the same court was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for special larceny, and at the same time, on November 27, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in a lawsuit against the second intersection of the North Koreanbuan Island.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes;

A. B. On February 12, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 02:40 on February 12, 2018, at the house of the Victim G management H in Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Daegu, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance door locked with the date Draber and intruded into the door; (b) destroyed the door door in the room, the cash of KRW 300,000,000 in the bank, cash of KRW 300,000 in the bank, and cash of KRW 150,000 in the market price in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu; and (c) destroyed with one 18,000,000,000 won in the market price.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times due to larceny, etc., and again damaged a part of the structure at night during the period of repeated crime and stolen the victim's property.

On March 12, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on March 12, 2018, at around 02:18, to the K inspection of the victim J in Daegu-gu, Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, for the first time, destroyed the first floor glass entrance under the street trees and asked the access to the third floor of the law.
