A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident after Accidents) are those who are engaged in driving a B liquid speech car;

On September 25, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of about 50km per hour from the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and proceeded with the upper intersection, which is located in 935, a white-ro, from the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, to the white-ro, at a speed of about 50km per hour.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C, such as cages, tensions, etc. of the cage cages that require approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim E (56 years of age) on the cages, cages, tensions, etc. of the cage cages in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding and damaging the said car to cover KRW 2,859,820, such as cages, and aiding and abetting the victim.
