A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of C wing wing Franchis.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim E, such as chest dynaf for about three weeks in need of medical treatment, committed an injury on the affected passenger G(33 years of age) and H(27 years of age) in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, and suffered injury to the victim I (29 years of age) in the light dynaf for about two weeks in need of medical treatment. At the same time, the Defendant did not immediately stop the damaged passenger vehicle and run away without taking necessary measures, such as providing relief.
