A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent a photographic file prior to his driver’s license to establish a company; (b) had a mind to change the mobile phone (D) device opened in his/her name.
1. On January 19, 2016, the Defendant, such as a private electronic record, entered the “C” as the “C” column for the purchaser of the file for the application for compensation (a summary) and the “applicant/party column, respectively, at the office of the Seoul Immigration Control Office located in 64-1, Seo-gu, Seoul, Seo-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with a view to doing business affairs.
As a result, the Defendant forged one file for an application for compensation in the name of another person C, which is an electronic record of the rights and obligations.
2. In the event, such as electronic records, the Defendant, at the time and place set out in paragraph 1, exercised a flusium PC in which the application file for compensation (re-admission) was opened, as described in paragraph 1, as if the fact was duly formed with F in charge of the above E store staff in charge of the above E store, without knowledge of that fact.

1. The defendant's assertion of the change of the compensation period is known to have obtained consent from C by the nominal person C, and there was no conclusive or doluence on the damage of the electronic records of this case.
The argument is asserted.
In light of the aforementioned evidence, the above assertion by the Defendant cannot be admitted as follows.
① The Defendant served in H Company from December 2, 2014 to December 2, 2015, and C from March 2015 to December 2015.
9. Until the mid-term, the company was working in the company.
② There are two mobile phones in one’s own name, and at the time, people in China have been involved with the above company.
