A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes related to BN;

A. On October 2015, the Defendant entered BN’s information into BN’s applicant, date of birth, and customer address, etc. in order to open one mobile phone (BB Q) in the name of BN without obtaining permission from BN, while working at the mobile phone sales agency of “BP” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

As a result, the Defendant written the “Sart Parter’s written application for membership” in the name of BN, a private electronic records pertaining to rights and obligations, the “written consent to use personal information,” the “written application for the sponsorer’s insurance”, and the “written application for the change of the content of the electronic form contract,” respectively.

2) The Defendant sent each file in the above time, at the above place, each of the files in the name of BN, as seen above, to the staff in charge of LG Plus headquarters as if they were the files duly formed.

B. Around November 2015, the Defendant entered BN’s information in each applicant, date of birth, and customer address, etc. of the “BP” mobile phone sales agent located in Seocho-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City. After having access to BN’s LG display agent, the Defendant entered BN’s application for purchase of the mobile phone in BN’s name without obtaining permission from BN for additional opening of one mobile phone (BP).

As a result, the Defendant’s “application for the purchase of a cellphone (personal phone insurance)” in the name of BN, a private electronic records pertaining to rights and duties, files of “application for the change of the content of an electronic form”, and “application for the change of the content of an electronic form” for the purpose of handling administrative affairs.
