A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The injured party C(the age of 39) is the wife of the accused, the injured party D (the age of 15), and the injured party E (the age of 6) is the father of the accused.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation against groups, deadly weapons, etc.);

A. On December 1, 2014, around 03:00 on December 1, 201, the Defendant: (a) thought that the victim C would be out of the cafeteria; (b) took a kitchen, which is a deadly weapon, and threatened the victim C, the victim C, the victim D (year 15) and the victim E (age 6) with a kitchen, which is a deadly weapon; and (c) sound and threatened the victim E (age 6).

B. On December 22, 2014, around 22:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Thai City G, brought about a dispute with the victim C, but, as a portable butane gas tank, which is a dangerous object, brought about the victim D (age 15) head, as he/she gets at the victim D (age 15). The Defendant saw him/her as a dangerous object.

C. On January 2015, 2015, the Defendant kept a kitchen knife, which is a deadly weapon, with the victim C, on the ground that the said Defendant’s house was not good at the house of the said Defendant.

The Defendant, as above, threatened the victims by using a deadly weapon or dangerous article.

2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. On February 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Haba Haba, on the ground that the Victim C’s house does not help the Defendant; (b) took 84cm in alkinium located in Aluminium, which is a dangerous object; and (c) took the head and head of the Victim C and head of the Victim C; and (d) her am her son’s son (15 years old); and (e) took part in the victim D (15 years old).

B. On March 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the house of the Defendant, on the ground that the victim C’s house does not help the Defendant; (b) took the kitchen, which is a deadly weapon, and took the head of the victim D (the age of 15) on the part of hand; and (c) reached the knife with the end of the knife.

C. At around 12:00 on June 2, 2015, the Defendant thought that the victim C would disregard the Defendant.
