A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2018, the defendant suffered from alcohol dependence disease, and around October 30, 2018, after drinking alcohol in the defendant's residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, the defendant caused people to undergo an examination for himself.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. On October 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:50 on October 30, 2018, sent the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous object such as the statement in paragraph (1), within the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F and G convenience store; and (b) taken the kitchen knife to the victim E (the age of 31), and sound the victim E (the age of 31) as “gradation and death”; and (c) took the kitchen knife as the victim

By doing so, the kitchen, which is a dangerous thing of the defendant, was threatened with the victim.

B. The Defendant caused property damage, at the same time and place as the above “A,” stating that the said victim knife the knife, knife the knife, and the knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife knife with the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property so that the victim can receive the unpaid repair cost.

C. The Defendant is unable to engage in normal business by making the customers, who entered the convenience store for about 10 minutes, by citing the kitchen and the same time and place as the above “A,” and threatening the said victims, destroying the spores, etc.
