1. The judgment below is reversed.

The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant transferred the house leased from the Korea Asset Management Corporation to the victim during the period from March 1, 2011 to March 1, 2012, the victim D (the age of 41) who leased the house from the Korea Asset Management Corporation, but the Defendant was urged to deliver the house from the victim because he did not deliver the said house despite the expiration of the sub-lease period.
