Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Cone Star Co., Ltd.
1. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license, and, on February 17, 2015, the Defendant driven the said Lone Star bus at a section of about 150 km from the front of the apartment in the heading room, which is located in the gold channel in the area of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Chungcheongnam-do, from the front of the apartment, to the ronding road of the coast of the expressway.
2. On February 17, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), driving the above vans around 11:50, and driving on the road at the intersection of the west Coast Guard, which is located at the intersection of the west-si, along the one-lane 80km speed from the slope of the west-do.
