Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the party is a corporation that operates trade business, textile products manufacturing and wholesale business, etc., and the defendant is the representative director of B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”), which operates chemical products manufacturing business, and C is the defendant’s steering car, who operates D’s business.
B. On November 2013, 2013, B intended to import and sell calcium calcium in China, but the credit was refused from the bank, and upon which the credit was refused to be issued by the bank, C to color the importing agency via C.
