Defendant

A, from around 09:00 on December 17, 2010 to around 09:0, performed the work of cutting down a calcium white ton into the bottom and dividing it into the plastic bed, in the storage of snow materials installed in Daejeon, from around 09:00 to on the floor, and there was a duty of care to take necessary measures to prevent danger, such as ordering to do so at will.
