1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A purchased a lost portable phone from an unspecified number of taxi articles, and had a mind to acquire profits by selling it to an unspecified stolen business entity.

On January 21, 2016, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Daegu District Court on August 21, 2016 due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (protruding vehicles), and the said judgment became final and conclusive on January 29, 2016.

A. On January 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:47, the date and time E, F, within the Defendant’s D-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wuron car parked on the front road of the Defendant’s D-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-Wur-si, 100
