A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 21:30 on May 27, 2013, the Defendant was driving B rocketing motor vehicles at approximately five kilometers from the front of the training park located in the Jinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City under the influence of alcohol content of 0.093%, to the front of the family heading in the Jinjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
