Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant acquiring stolen goods is a person who purchased a mobile phone lost or stolen from other persons in accordance with the instructions given by the call called call center, and transferred 20,000 won per unit to the distributor for profits.

On October 24, 2012, around 21:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing at 1.20,000 won, knowing that the cell phone value of the victim E, the victim E, which was stolen by C and D, was a stolen charge, in front of the Seocheon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu.

In addition, between October 24, 2012 and May 2, 2011 of the same year, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing 11 mobile phones worth KRW 9,070,000 in total from B, etc. over 10 times in the following similar methods, as set out in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. At around 20:00 on November 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) contacted the head of the household park parking lot located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; (b) stored the stolen goods with the intent to transport the stolen goods to another stolen business entity with the knowledge of the fact that “the transport of purchased mobile phones” is “the transport of purchased mobile phones; and (c) the victim F, G, and H-type cell phone 3 mobile phones, the victim I, J, and K-owned gallon L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L L-type ju, with the stolen goods acquired by him as described in paragraph (1) above.
