Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ co-principal-related parties were high school-friendly, Defendant A had already acquired a cell phone, which is a main body, and the period of suspended execution is now, and Defendant A conspired to receive KRW 10,000 per 1 mobile phone in return for the purchase of a mobile phone by Defendant A instead of Defendant A. In response to the purchase of a mobile phone, Defendant A conspired with Defendant A to sell the cell phone, which is a main body, and set the timing, place, and place of purchase, and then Defendant B notified Defendant B of the time and place of purchase, then Defendant B directly purchased the above cell phone and shared each of the above roles to Defendant A as a building cycle.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to purchase 26 mobile phones worth 2,3410,000 won, which are owned by the victims, and acquired stolen goods by purchasing 5,50,000 won, with knowledge that they are stolen goods.
2. At around 10:00 on April 14, 2013, Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct: (a) one cell phone owned by the victim K, one cell phone owned by the victim K; (b) one cell phone owned by the victim L, one cell phone owned by the victim L; (c) one cell phone owned by the victim M; (d) one cell phone owned by the victim M; (e) one cell phone owned by the victim N; (e) one cell phone owned by the gallon road; (e) one cell phone owned by the victim N, one cell phone owned by the victim; and (e) one cell phone owned by the victim P, one cell phone owned by the victim; and (e) one cell phone owned by the victim P.
