1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 9,292,218 to Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 10,092,218 to Plaintiff B; and each of them, from June 11, 2018 to April 1, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 5, 2014, the Plaintiff A entered into a lease agreement and a mutual aid agreement. As a broker of D, a licensed real estate agent, on January 5, 2014, the real estate specified in attached Table 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”).

(F) A lease agreement that sets forth the term of lease deposit KRW 50,000,000, and the term of lease from February 7, 2014 to February 6, 2016 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

(2) On January 13, 2014, Plaintiff B concluded a lease deposit, KRW 52,00,000, and KRW 52,000,00, and the lease term of the instant multi-family house from July 15, 2017, with the brokerage of G, a licensed real estate agent, concluded a move-in report on January 27, 2014, and completed the move-in report on January 27, 2014.

(3) The Defendant concluded a mutual aid agreement with the parties to a trade in order to compensate for any damage caused to the parties to a trade in the course of brokering real estate by intention or negligence during the period of mutual aid between D (from April 6, 2013 to April 5, 2014) and G (from February 11, 2015 to February 10, 2016) on July 20, 2015 and completed the move-in report on August 25, 2015.

B. At the time of each of the instant lease agreements, each of the instant multi-family houses and their sites, at the time of the conclusion of each of the instant lease agreements, are 1,040,000 won with the maximum debt amount and 1,000 won, and 1,000 won with regard to

(2) At the time of the instant lease agreement, the current status of the lease of the instant multi-family house is as listed below, and the prior lease deposit in preference to the Plaintiff A is KRW 98,00,000 in total.
