1. The Plaintiff:
(a) Defendant B’s KRW 22,00,000 and for this, KRW 20% per annum from June 14, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On March 25, 2009, the Defendant Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant B, a licensed real estate agent, to pay the mutual aid amount of KRW 100,000,000, and the period of mutual aid from March 27, 2009 to March 26, 2010, where the broker is liable for the liability of the broker with respect to the broker’s act as to the broker’s act.
B. On December 7, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the lease of 403 units of the multi-family house with the fourth floor above D ground (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”) from Jinju-si, Jinju-si (hereinafter “instant multi-family house”) with the term fixed from January 6, 2010 to January 5, 2012 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”).
The Plaintiff paid KRW 55,00,000 to C around that time, and completed the move-in report on February 1, 2010 and received the fixed date in the instant lease agreement.
C. The instant multi-family house and the instant multi-family house, which are the site thereof, D large 256 square meters, E large 243 square meters in Jinju-si adjacent thereto, and the instant multi-family house on the fourth floor (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant multi-family house, etc.”) was completed at the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement as follows.
In addition, at the time of entering into the instant lease agreement, the lessee F (the moving-in report on October 19, 2009) had resided in the instant multi-family house.
On April 7, 2003, 200, the joint collateral of 230,000 won with the maximum debt amount of Seocho-gu Saemaul Depository, the mortgagee of the right to receive the registration of the No. 1 collateral on April 7, 2003: on July 4, 2005, the establishment of 256§³ 401, G deposit amounting to 400,000,000 on April 22, 2008, the establishment of 3 chonsegwon amounting to 50,000,000 KRW 202,00 on April 30, 2009, the mortgagee of the right to lease on a deposit basis: (a) the lease on a deposit basis of 15,00,000 won on a deposit basis, 402,00 won on October 30, 209, the lease on a deposit basis, 300,000 won on a deposit basis.
