Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 22, 2013, the Defendant and the person requesting an attachment order (Rape in relation to relatives) against the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) committed rape against the victim, who is a de facto relative, by putting the body of the victim E (here 16 years of age), who is his/her father in a de facto marital relationship within the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju Mine-gu, on the part of a ward, putting the victim’s shoulder on the part of the ward, putting the victim’s shoulder on the part of the ward, preventing him/her from suffering from the victim’s resistance and panty, and inserting the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ.
2. On November 16, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse committed indecent act by force against a child or juvenile, who is a relative of the victim E (the 17-year-old) who is the spouse of the Defendant’s spouse D, in front of the public toilets located in the G camping site in the southnam-gunF on November 16, 2013.
4. The Defendant violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (similar act) shall be placed in Gwangju Mine-gu on December 10, 2013.
